Detox Baths

img_1953Whenever I am under the weather or having any issues with my skin or bloating or even not sleeping well. I take a Detox Bath, they work wonders. If you have not tried this you should and you won’t be sorry. There are many different ways to DETOX BATH.

  1. Add 5-6 Green tea bags to hot bath let steep 10 minutes then enjoy bath for up to 20 minutes
  2. Add 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar to Hot bath also add 1/2 Cup Baking Soda and 1 Cup Epsom salts
  3. 3.Add 1/2 cup of grated ginger to hot bath soak for 20 minutes

I also like to add an essential oil for smell use whatever you like I typically add lavender its so relaxing and smells great . Or Mint which helps with aches and pains.
