Day 1: Did not skip breakfast which has been a bad habit of mine. I had some oatmeal and I did have my morning coffee but not a frappachino decided to just get iced mocha which saved me some calories it was 350 calories for the Grande with Whip. I need to keep a daily record so I know where I am doing well and where I am failing or need work. I know I have a very fat abdomen so I was not too shocked to hear I had deep fat which is fat of the abdomen causing these issues. I have been unhappy with my weight and body for past three years.

I have not bought a soft measuring tape yet when I do I will take all my measurements so I can keep track of results. I will pick up my Lipitor prescription this afternoon when they have it ready as well as buy a Vitamin D 3 supplement.
I know sleep is another thing I need to ensure I get 8 and 10 would be amazing but doubt that will happen. I need to be able to stop taking sleep aids as I am sure continuous use of those are not great.
Water is something I always try to keep track of I know I need to hydrate well everyday.I was walking my son to and from school everyday but now that he’s getting older he wants to be independent and walk on his own with his friends.
