I am on day 14 of my 90 day health challenge and I am feeling good. I am working hard and am hoping to start seeing results for my hard work.

Breakfast: Shredded Mini Wheat and Milk

took Pure Barre Class at 9;45 am

Lunch: spinach Salad with onions and sunflower seeds and hard boiled egg

Dinner: 1/2 a steak and glazed carrots and Water

Vitamins and Prescription: Fiber, B12, D3, Biotin, Lipitor, Probiotic Multi vitamin,iron
