Well today I was really sore so I skipped my Pure Barre class and did some working out at home 30 minutes of cardio and some squats and crunches. My eating habits were not great most of the day.
Breakfast: skipped just had Iced Coffee
Lunch: Nachos and Gatorade
Dinner: Well I cooked fish we did not like it so I got us tacos and jalepeno poppers and I had a coke.
My snacks were still healthy throughout day handful of baby carrots for first snack handful of almonds for second snack and small spinach salad with onions for last snack.
Sleep:8 hours 17 minutes
Vitamins & Prescription: Multi Vitamin, Biotin, B12,D3,Lipitor, Probiotic, Fiber.
