Today is the 28th day of my healthy challenge. I went to Pure Barre again this morning I have gone to 13 classes since I joined March 03. I have been feeling stronger and even though the classes are hard I am so happy when I get through them and look forward to the next. I had shredded wheat for breakfast and a vanilla slim fast for lunch and had a slice of pizza and some garlic knots tonight for dinner. I took two It Works Carb blockers with dinner. I took my lipitor, D3, Biotin, B12, Iron, Magnesium, Multi vitamin, Probiotic, Fiber. I’ve been drinking water all day.
