Disney with a Toddler Day 1

So we started our drive from Palm Desert 🌵 California. After dropping my son off to school they were headed out of town for a Science camp. My husband myself and our 22 Month old little girl were now off to Disneyland😎 We were delighted that our daughter was an angel on the drive there she even slept for an hour. We arrived at The Paradise Pier Hotel. We decided to head straight into the park for some fun since it was almost lunchtime. We decided to go in The California Adventure Park, We got through quickly browsed some shops then decided to just snack so we could make the Frozen at the Hyperion Show. We bought two pickles for me and my daughter my husband bought some hummus and we got lemonade and vitamin water. My daughter who has previously loved pickles decided she was not happy with it or the pretzels and hummus. I was like dear God is this how the day is going to go or can I put out this fire and us have a great day. Well this mom was prepared I pulled out some raisins I had packed and some cheese its and saved the day. We made it to the 12:30 showing at the Hyperion. It was packed but I am so glad we went. Our daughter loved it ❤️She was mesmerized the whole time. I thought the show was great and highly recommend anyone who will be at Disneys California Adventure Park should see it. After that let out we went into Cars Land  Went on Luigis rocking ride. Very cute we enjoyed it and it was my first time in that ride. We then went to Bugs Land  to take our daughter on her favorite ride Hemlicks Choo Choo. Then we went to Paradise Pier Had lunch Chinese food  it was great. We took the little one to change her and go on King Tritons Carousel . She had a absolute ball on that. For the first time since the ride opened Toy Story Mania did not have a height requirement or had be 40″ in the past. We got excited decided to get in line and take our daughter Savannah on it. We knew with a wait time of 60 minutes we may have to exit if she got too tired or antsy. Which she did so bummer we will have to do that one next time. We decided to leave the park check into our hotel room so she could nap. We made one stop on the way. My son and I have been wanted a Churro Ice Cream Sandwhich  for so long. So I decided to order one eat it and plan to report back to him. It was super rich and it was tasty but unless you can eat in in under a minute the  ice cream melts out fast and it’s nit practical pretty messy. When we got to the hotel there was a decent wait to check in the elevator wait took forever. Our little one got her second wind was climbing and running all over room we were tired she apparently was not going to nap. We decided to bath her clean up and head to dinner. We chose to eat at Downtown Disney at The ESPN  restaurant. The service was great the food excellent my Bloody Mary was delicious as well. Our daughter was so good during dinner and enjoyed all her food. We cruised downtown Disney and went into Disneyland just to browse shops since little one fell asleep. We found her some hoodies and I owed my husband a new spoon holder so I picked him up one. We had a nice walk back to hotel a short elevator wait. I got my little one changed for bed and off to sleep 😴 My husband is sound asleep now and soon I will be too. Stay tuned tomorrow I will write about day 2.
