What a week highs and lows for sure. My kiddos went back to school Tuesday I got a lot done. Wednesday was a huge bummer noticed around 7:45 am that my 11am class was cancelled then looked to see what other morning classes. I then noticed another instructor teaching the pm intensive class that is only taught by my favorite instructor.

I was worried so I texted to see if she was sick or something else was up. Found out she was fired which was a fife bummer to a great many of us who love barre as much as we do in a huge part because of her motivating us and positive light.

I skipped barre all week until Friday. I did do Peloton nearly everyday though. Got to see some friends but felt bummed in a contract can’t leave so still barre for my exercise but really have limited choices now.

Brandon’s grades have gone up greatly he’s almost at A honors. Savannah had a few tantrums and had two poop accidents. We took my mom and Dad our for Moms b-lates Birthday celebration bow that she was back in town.

Had a lot going on been drained but blessed with family and friends. Brandon’s team did not pull out a win on Saturday which was a bummer.

I got two cute workout outfits which is always more motivation to work out. My husband starts a 42 day program at fit in 42 tomorrow wishing him the best!

My skin has been starting to show signs of a breakout coming. I want to get my thyroid levels tested and get food sensitivity she metabolism tests as my body and hormones have seen out of wack for awhile now.

I am turning 40 this year so getting a physical this year ya a must. I hope everyone had a great weekend filled with more highs than lows 🙏😘🏡
