So this past week has been busy and lots of highs and lows. I got in a lot of peloton workouts during the week which brings me joy. I did Pure Barre Reform class Monday but it bothers me to have so much core pain still from my last c section considering my duaghters about to turn four this summer. My lower abdomen and back get severe pain easily during core workouts.

This is frustrating because I want my flat tummy back and my flexibility but I just haven’t got it back. I was able to have coffee with my bestie on Tuesday which is always great. I got a lot done on Wednesday and Thursday the insurance adjuster came over. I still have anxiety and nightmares brought on from my stress of our break in over Easter.

Friday was a beautiful day my daughters school put on a wonderful Mother’s Day Tea all the children performed there was a raffle and silent auction as well as photo booth. Food was great and I so enjoyed the kids performances and catching up with all the other moms. I was lucky enough to win a few of the silent auction items.

The awesome part also is that it raised over $9,000 for Savannah’s dear friend Truman who has been battling cancer he has a wonderful family who are very loved by our whole community. Friday I had a good night with the kids Friday but I didn’t sleep well and was super tired Saturday. Savannah got to return back to Ms Laura’s dance class she hadn’t been since November.

Mother’s Day was not ideal but had some nice moments nice afternoon with friends we did take in a morning movie 🍿 but little one had some moody moments and did not want to nap. That’s momlife though. My husband was missed since he’s been away working. But he sent me some beautiful roses and chocolate covered strawberries.

This morning wasn’t bad my sweet girl had snack and share day at school Brandon was ready for school had chores done and all set for me. I was still tired from my lack of sleep this weekend. I took a short nap but had terrible nightmare which gave me anxiety. So I just got up and to tasks for my day.

I finally was able to take my broker exams they made me wait 18 days after finishing all the section quizzes. So I only had about two hours to do some and I was able to do three done before picking my son up so I have four more to go to have all my certificates to send in so I can get my actual test date set.

a little bit rough afternoon but it all turned around and I had a good night with my kids and am so happy for simple things. Prayer time with my children makes me happy. Reading with Savannah makes me so happy. A relaxing bubble bath at the end of a long day with a face mask on. The Bachelorette to watch on tv and knowing I have some time with my bestie tomorrow and more time with great friends later this week.

Wanting to get things in order for summer with kids activities and sports as well as our Hawaii vacation and Savannah’s fourth Birthday. I have some Goals I’ve set for myself that I’d like to put into action and start working towards acheiving those. I have so much to be thankful for and I have a good life I am blessed.

Hope everyone had. Wonderful Mother’s Day Weekend and have a wonderful week!
