Well I’ve been dealing with my Bell’s palsy I’ve been taking medications putting moist hot compress on my face. Have got face massage also done micro current treatment. My eye is intensely sensitive to both indoor light and the sunshine outside, I have been unable to drive or do anything outside it’s been a huge bummer. I’m hoping I get over this sooner than later. My pills will be gone tomorrow not sure if I will get more before my follow up appointment on Friday. We had a nice day for Father’s Day with my husband once he was home from work. My son is still working hard at both jobs. My youngest went swimming today had a blast I’m glad my son was able to take her she’s been working on her reading and being such a good girl. I still cannot move my right side of face. I appreciate that I have a friend who has been talking me through this as she has had this twice and it he;ps to have someone to talk to. We are getting close to Savannah’s 6th birthday as well as our escrow closing. I am getting pretty good sleep at least. I am glad we got Savannah’s birthday gifts ordered. I want to get in to see an acupuncture because I heard it can help with my bells play condition. I also want to start getting back on my peloton at least for short rides. I’m excited about our upcoming Disney trip.but now nervous too since I’m so sensitive to sunlight and noise and I’m hoping I will have some relief before our trip. But being realistic I’m going to be prepared to be there while having this condition.I’m at least able to get ,y housework done each day make meals etc. but I want to be able to get outside and take my daughter to park and pool and lake and enjoy summer, hope everyone is well!
